- Added code to make ASM menu more stable on systems with corrupt icons databases.
- Added option sub-menu for iClock ASM folder(s), anything placed in these folder will be listed in Custom sub-menu:

Note: The Custom menu is only updated when applications start or quit or preferences changed.

Known issues:
- Desktop effect disabled Command-Tab in 10.3.5
- Recurring timers may not play sound, and don't use the Warnme application yet
- Warnme in X application is not localized.
